Hi, I recently used this bus station twice both in morning hours and late night. There are good seating areas.nEven a travel centre is there where staff is available for any information. It gets closed by evening. But it doesn't create problem as there are clearly dedicated areas for national express passengers. Bay 1 and 2. It doesn't leave any room for confusion. I have attached pictures of the same.nnAt even 11.45pm, each and every platform/bay was lit up. So, there is no darkness or security issue.nLate night services to Heathrow airport which I used, was hasslefree.nnFor non national express passengers also the digitized board at couple of places was showing bus information.nnI didn't see or use any toilets. However, the location of this bus station is brilliant. Just next to ample food joints, restaurants, pubs. Even if you have late night buses, no headache to arrive much early to the bus station. As it's next to Royal Albert Dock, it's so lively. You can enjoy as per your plan and just be at the bus station few minutes before.nnBest part is the location of it. Also, the waiting bays are closed by three sides. So, one won't feel completely chilled and nor completely suffocated.
Very well organised and big bus station, at least for people with online tickets and bookings. Sadly no night line to the airport. An uber costs about 30 pounds from this location.
Just the usual third world service. Hugely busy Bank Holiday and the toilets are shut and there are no staff. Does not even state the location of alternative toilets......update in April 2023 and still no toilets and no staff ...very handy for Albert Dock and major shops though... Liverpool One is very close so the bus station is extremely well situated...the nearest toilets I found were actually in the Starbucks which is only a couple of minutes away....
