Quite a decent city station compared with some. It's a great location - walking distance to shops, hotels and nightlife! Taxi ranks at each exit and beautiful architectural surrounds.
The famous old Lime Street Station looks very modern and smart today, well organised and signposted, a busy but charming place with great little eateries and snack bars.
Brilliant station that isn't too big and confusing.nnIdeal amount of shops for food, drinks and every day essentials.nnStaff have always been very helpful and friendly.nnThere's plenty of boards around with train destinations and platforms. They are always updating aswell as via the tannoy.nnThere is also a pub attached to it.
I found all the staff to be polite and helpful. Lovely architecture as you'll find all around Liverpool.
Nice station with good food options. I loved these details carved into it's stairs, no idea what they represent though.nLow stars as the water fountain was not working and I like others was forced to purchase water bottles.
