Littleborough railway station is located on the line which heads towards Manchester in one direction, and Leeds and beyond in the other.nnPlatform 2 does have two ways to get to the platform either by steps or either by a ramp that is located close to the car park nearby.nnThere is visible evidence at this station of security cameras which is comforting to know.nnPlatform one has one covered waiting area whilst platform 2 has two covered waiting areas. In one of the waiting areas on platform 2 there is a easy to use ticket machine.nnThere is visible evidence of a bicycle rack on platform 2 that could perhaps take up to 6 bicycles at a push.nnThis railway station also does have digital information boards to indicate when the next trains are due to arrive.nnThere is a car park for this railway station although it tends to get somewhat rather packed at times. It does have a couple of disabled parking bays if the need arises. This car park does not have any visible security camera presence.

It’s your average rural train station but it’s nice to have the digital times displayed, and this bench to sit on

Small station with two platforms that cuts across between the west and east; one platform heading east, the other west. There are staircase access plus ramp access for wheelchair users. There is a staffed ticket counter but there are also automated ticket machines at each platform. There are shelters on each platform for bad weather and also emergency call points.

Nice town with good shops and lots of pleasant walks.
