Since the bee network took over the majority of services this bus station has become a chaotic Shambles of late/missing buses and frustrated travellers. Well done Andy Burnham

My husband had the unfortunate problem with getting on the last bus from Bury this evening, 471 to Rochdale. The driver was extremely rude, was not even going to open the door for him, only because an English gentleman shouted at him to do so was he able to get on the bus. In my opinion he behaved racially. I am truly disappointed to be writing this review, would the driver have behaved differently if he had known he was a doctor on his way home.
The 467 service run by Trax/Transdev is an absolute joke. They are supposed to be every 30 minutes and start early in the morning but never keep to their schedule. Their brilliant idea of compensation? A free day saver... you know to use on the buses that don't show up ‍
My son had his bag stolen with his bus ticket in it among other things .one of the drivers took him to the office to see if he could get him another ticket to continue his journey home. He still had 2 more buses to catch .His money was in his bag so he couldn't even buy another ticket ticket people wonder why so many bad things happen in this world
