Had been considering a membership, came on a guest invite to see what it was like - totally prepared to enjoy the evening. I was seated before my friend arrived, but they wouldn’t allow me to order until she got there. Subsequent food and drink orders were ALL delayed or forgotten. I ordered medium-rare lamb chops which arrived blue, which were subsequently overcooked and re-plated with 10% the original garnish/sides. The decor/atmosphere is nice, but there are far better restaurants and social spaces in the area without the members fee. I’m not the type to make a fuss and I like the idea of the club but this was a serious clash of expectations vs reality. Perhaps standards are slipping?
One of our favourite houses amongst the Soho house collections. Super relaxed atmosphere, extremely friendly staff members, especially Lorraine who looked after us through our meal and also provided us with infotainment : Food and drinks are great too, Thumbs up will return.
Went to celebrate a party spent nearly £2000 but they did not have enough chivas 18 to serve so how can they charge so much for the food where the service was so bad that had to ask 4 times for the same thing.Please think before to celebrate a great day at this place.I called the manager there and she was not helpful at all they should have gone out to buy a bottle.We told them do you have blue label they said not a lot so why are they top end and who gave them the right to spoil someone's day .Please look elsewhere the indian restaurant who doesn't keep papad a main speciality of india.
Amazing atmosphere and quiet area of Mayfair - a little gem in the midst of chaos I‘ve stopped by for a quick breakfast in the morning after running some errands. Staff was absolutely lovely. Limited outdoor space though which is a shame during summer days.
Great vibe and fantastic place to bump into our CP members and friends. By far the best food of all the Soho houses and great service too. Really love having a breakfast here and having a coffee meeting.
Not a member, had a meeting there. The staff were excellent: courteous, professional and welcoming. Food and drinks all good. The seating was comfortable and relaxed. The only downside for me were the clientele - a little too desperate to be seen for my tastes.
Always a good time here. Great service and tasty dishes. Great for meetings and general catch ups alike.
Beautiful setting, just need to arrive pre 11am to ensure you can secure a table. Food is average at best. But the service drinks are good.
Very impressed with the standard of customer care and attention to detail. Food was first class. Would definitely recommend.
