Recently did a trial day with them, yes it was different in more ways than one, working as part of a team was very new to me, Not knowing what you should be doing is the hardest part but I think I picked the work up very well, A most friendly team of men and women, They made me feel very welcome, I feel I kept up with them all in the different departments I worked in,  A day or so later I had a notification from Little  & Cull , I think I was surprised I wasn't taken on with them, I feel sure the one remark that was made , they felt I wouldn't pick up the work quick enough, This comment after only a few hours was difficult to take , how can you make comments like that about someone on a trial day of a few hours, I feel a lack of thought was missing regarding the few hours I attended on that day,  I do feel Little & Cull missed the chance not taking me on, however it was your loss not mine, Thank you for giving me the opportunity, Regards Richard Paul Smith,

Love the place lovely people helpful knowledgeable and a great company to be part of and they do things to a very high standard and everything the make is cooked perfectly so yeah no issues with them they are truly amazing

I was 300 mtrs away waiting four a bus ....being as i live on that estate
