Excellent facilities for all ages, gym well stocked and plenty of classes.

The sports park itself is really good has a decent sized field and running track with AstroTurf grass football pitches, the gym inside is a little small but has everything you need in it

Excellent facilities for football, athletics and cycling. Well maintained venue

I really like this gym. Never too crowded during the day, nice scenery in the area, people are friendly and considerate, all ages and body shapes welcomed, and it's great value if you're elderly or struggling financially and need a discounted pass.  Overall, a lovely place with most things you could want.

Easily the worst venue in the North West Counties Premier Division but that is down to Sefton Council and not Litherland REMYCA FC. The pitch is very poor and you have to watch from the far side of the running track. The rest of the facilities leave a lot to be desired too. Feel sorry for the players, staff and fans of REMYCA to have to watch or play here.
