Upon entering the venue I noticed a lack of furniture. A small child spoke to me, this was most distressing as I hate children. The host was had a soppy appearance and seemed to moan about her children a lot, I found this to be unprofessional. I was made to wait an age for a sandwich I'd pre-ordered on my way, I'd expected it to be ready upon arrival. I was given a drink what felt like years before the sandwich arrived, this meant I had no drink to accompany my food, I almost choked to death. The sandwich itself felt cheap, the sausages were tasteless and the toast was dry. The host asked me constant questions throughout my sandwich, very offputting. Overall I'd rate the experience 3/10, much room for improvement. Not sure I'd recommend it unless changes were made
