Ask for written price prior to handing over your items here. I send 2 bath mats regularly to be washed, £4.66 for 2. Went to collect but being charged £17.90 ! Explained that had never paid that amount and could buy two more mats for less money, and there must be a mistake.Lady in shop adamant it was correct and prices had gone up ! Offered to come back next day once correct price sorted with head office. But next day told again £17.90 was correct .So I phoned the Haslemere Liphook Valet service and Liphook Valet Service branches of the same company to enquire how much they charge, both shops said the correct amount of £4.66. Not until I had explained to the Grayshott branch how i had contacted the other branches and researched would the Grayshott branch charge me £4.66.
