The food is amaaaaaaazing, but the gentleman on the phone when you call to order is SO SO rude. I’ve been ordering from Ling Ling regularly for a long time, but this time has made me really reconsider using them and going back to Fortune Inn, because he has awful customer service. But the food is really great.
Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered with them this evening, and had ordered before, food always has been great but this time they added extra food to our order and when it arrived they insisted we pay for the food we hadn’t ordered or give the whole meal back. They weren’t apologetic and we won’t be ordering from them again.
Rude bloke on phone. Won’t go here anymore. Even if you spent £70.00 he’s not interested in being polite.
Lovely Chinese, on a warship just stopped for a visit for the weekend. This was the closest one to the ship in Shoreham Port. We had a large order and it was very nice indeed, and they delivered to the pub we was at. Thank you.
It was ok always fresh and not greasy . Shame they don't do the full vegetarian range anymore thou.
Just tried to order and collect, rejected without any reason. Great Service...
