Would thoroughly recommend "},{"text":"Updated response to owner: Honestly, I am soo disappointed that the owner has dismissed my issue and her own mistake claiming my honest review was all because of a discount. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE!! The owner completely ruined my eyebrow and the way she dealt with is was unacceptable. Why would I pay the full amount for a service that was below satisfactory?!! You made no effort to admit your mistake and blamed the customer. Honestly, this is just another reason as to why I will not be returning. This is my honest review and its not the only one complaining about the managers attitude. I really hope no one has to go through what I have!! Original review: I have been to this place a few times for my eyebrows and usually I am quite pleased with the ladies work. This time round the manager did my eyebrows for the first time and ruined one eyebrow. It was completely different to the opposite eyebrow with a massive indent at the bottom of the brow. It was messy and too thin. The manager showed no empathy and was very dismissive about her mistake. I felt ignored by her and will not be returning. The other two ladies were nice. It was a shame the way the manager treated me and therefore lost a customer."}]
