Went here when my friend got hers done and thought the price was good, even though the patterns they say it has to be gel which obviously is more expensive not to mention isn’t true i’ve always had on acrylic, when i went it was made clear she was in a rush to get me in as she had someone else in not long after, you could tell they were rushed as they were wonky, my pinky was longer than my thumb!! as the women was doing her booked in client i didn’t want to say anything to appear rude while she was working, and the man who finished my nails by painting them had gone in the back, so i just paid and left, i really wasn’t happy with them, and they were my holiday/ birthday nails so i really wanted to love them, so i called only a couple hours after saying i’m sorry i really am not happy i didn’t want to say anything while you were with a customer, i was denied a refund or a new set only that she look at them if she filed any more they’d be nothing left to then have the phone put down on me, i was so upset so got my boyfriend to call and again ask if there’s anything they can do, he also had the phone put down on him!! i hope more people read these reviews before booking and avoid at all costs!!!!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I had never been to Chloe’s nails before and tried them out as I wanted my nails doing for my birthday. I called them on the off chance to see if they could fit me in, they were so accommodating and booked me in the next hour! Love my nails so much, they took so much care on my nails and I can’t stop looking at them! Will definitely be coming back once they grow out! Thank you so muchService:&nbsp;Manicure

WHAT A RACIST PLACE!!!  I have now walked in here twice and I have been told I need to book an appointment and just not walk in. A few of my white friends have been able to walk in to Chloe Nails without booking an appointment. Every time you walk in, you get the gentleman who completely ignore you as if they can’t see you. They will look at you and give you the eye as to say you don’t belong here. The female in there will just look at you too and wait for you to speak to her rather than her speaking to you. I have had white friends who have been able to get there nails done on the stop and no issues. But as soon as a black person walks in, it’s an issue. Chinese or whatever you are have been known to be discriminating against other people of colour. What a ridiculous nail shop. It needs to be shut.

I like the very thorough job they do here so I travel over from Loughborough. Lots of people must feel the same as the salon is always busy.

The first time I had a pedicure here I was very pleased with the results, however the service has always been lacking.  The technician spent most of his time on either his mobile phone or ipad playing games.  Recent pedicure was appalling and I will have to book elsewhere to get them redone.  I also question the hygiene of the premises and whether they actually clean the instruments they use on customers feet.  They proceed to speak to each other in their own tongue which I'm sure is meant to intimidate people once you have complained. People will probably continue to use this place as it is cheap but this is false economy as you can see from mine and others reviews.

Had a lovely experience at Chloe's today for the first time...had the best pedicure Ever, thorough 100% & also decided to have hand nails done by the gentleman...very polite...definitely going back
