Owner is very helpful and friendly even dropped us off at our friends wedding xx

Lily`s Pad is Fantastic, only found it a few months ago but have been bak twice since.
Rooms are lovely, breakfast is fantastic and service from the staff and owner Sue was wonderful each time we have stayed.

Just seen on four on a bed. The owner and manager's behaviour just leaves me cold. So many things I could say... How about, what if I wanted to sleep at three and you were noisy downstairs serving afternoon teas? Don't like the theme rooms of The Castle? Have you seen your own tea themed, teddy rooms? I was disappointed in you as managers. When I first saw your establishment, it looked just my 'cup of tea' but the way you conducted yourself means I could never book in!
