I am about to move home to a different area within Dorset and it brings great sadness to have to leave an awesome Practice and Surgery. I’ve been with Lilliput Surgery for a good number of years and their attention to detail, compassion and professionalism is something to be admired. They have been there for me through good times and the most awful. I am only filled with gratitude and thanks to all at Lilliput surgery especially Dr Thompson and her team, with a heavy heart I wish you all the very best and am already jealous of the person that gets my open place - you are very lucky
I cannot fault the service I have received over the past 3 weeks. I was seen by the same doctor on each occasion which really helped with continuity. Within a few hours my x-rays and scans were all booked. These ran almost to time at the local hospital and results came back swiftly. The follow up appointment was very helpful and also ran on time. I felt listened too and cared for and honestly found the whole experience to be positive. Thank you NHS
Wanted to let you know that I have been in alot of pain in my left hip. Could not sleep no position was good for more than a month. i saw a lovely man called Heidi at liliput surgery he Checked and moved my leg in different positions and I left the practice with no pain and could walk without a limp. Still in great shape. Thank you so much sir. I am so thankful. Xx
On Monday March 11th at 09.45 I submitted the Klinik form online requesting help. Within 10 minutes the lengthy but detailed 'All encompassing' form had been read and the surgery contacted me to arrange an appointment with a doctor. I missed the call but as I was ringing them back they rang me again to say I could have an appointment at 10.30 that morning. I attended the appointment and Dr Fiona Thompson was fantastic. She checked my blood pressure, prescribed antibiotics and medication to help lower my blood pressure. She booked blood tests and an ECG with Sharon, one of the practice nurses, the following day. She referred me to Poole Hospital for a Chest X-ray - which was done the day after that, and she booked another appointment to see her at 1.30 last Friday to review my blood pressure, blood test and ECG results. All the medication Dr Thompson prescribed has worked! She even suggested a book worth reading which can help with dealing with the pressures of everyday life that can cause stress and high blood pressure. In summary, an absolutely superb service was provided by doctor Thompson and her colleagues at Lilliput surgery for which I am very grateful.
With so many reasons to complain about service these days it's a peasure to celebrate great service. Dr. Gladwin and the team at Lilliput really have shown care and going above and beyond with amazing advice, speedy appointment when needed and the most important thing we value as patients; Kindness. Thank you.
