I am very pleased with this surgery - always have received help when needed. Doctors are professional and thorough, nurses and receptionists are kind and helpful.
Awful how they treat you like you’re an inconvenience for even daring to want to look after your health. Their all objective seems to be how to get rid of you as quick as possible.
Have just moved to this Surgery. Have been very pleased with personability, efficiency and thoroughness of the Doctors I have seen.
Fantastic surgery. Throughout the pandemic appointments were given without question, albeit over the phone initially, but if it was established that you needed to be seen then you were seen that day; in my case anyways, The reception staff are always professional, and helpful, the nurses are lovely, and the GPS are excellent; very knowledgeable and always on hand to help.
I have been so happy with the surgery. The doctors I have seen have been kind, compassionate, my treatment and follow ups have been quick and efficient. I am always spoken to as an individual and never spoken down to. They don't fob you off and always take time to listen. They spotted the signs of a long term condition very quickly which enabled me to begin treatment and reduce symptoms from the beginning. Their quality of care is excellent.
Really helpful reception staff and Dr very thorough with a sense of humour.
Not one to leave reviews however this surgery deserves so much more than 3.6 stars. People are always more likely to complain than to post positive news. I have used several GP Surgerys over the years, Evergreen Oak is by far the mosy attentive. Always welcomed with a smile. Nothing is too much hassle. Appointments available within very reasonable timeframes and the doctor's appear to genuinely care. Although my partner was seen by a support/stand in doctor, she was apparently pretty rude. But the permanent doctors have all be great in my experience
So far I have found this surgery to be very excellent, I am a new patient who left my previous surgery because it took too long to get an appointment. Symptoms explained on first visit, sorted quickly and efficiently. Follow up -five star reviews, still, excellent attention and reception staff are very, very helpful
Great surgery - no waiting times on the phone. Lovely receptionist helped me to access my details for me COVID App today in no time at all.
Got a text to say I needed to book a flu vaccine. I did. I then got a text to say it was an error and my appointment has been cancelled. I'm apparently not asthmatic enough to qualify! The fact that my asthma flares up when I'm sick seems to be lost on them.
