Considering this is a busy town centre surgery with a diverse population and age demographic and we are in an era of a shrinking health care budget, Carlisle House have given me a good service. Surgeries are there to help you help yourself and medical advice requires input from patients - not just the doctors that you see there.

i hate it when i see these staff abused. they are lovely. they have to deal with some difficult customers and are rarely thanked by even the kindest. So let me take the opportunity here to publicly say ... Thank You for all you have done for me. Thank You for your kindness, patience and understanding. Thank You for your help. Thank You for being there.

Compared to my new surgery, I give Carlisle house 1star. I found the doctors there never listen to me. Especially Dr Guduru and Dr Crinion. Dr Nelms is the best GP there by far.

Good honest services, can be difficult to see your doctor quickly, but another doctor is always on hand. Electronic prescriptions are very good, I have found no issues.
