We were selling our house with LC, it had been on the market previously some years ago with another agent and attracted many viewings but no sale. It appeared on BBC Escape to the country again many viewings but still no sale; We decided to rent it out, for reasons not appropriate on here ; after 7 years of it being rented out there was a lot to be done to make it suitable to put on the market, a daunting task ahead we feared; so we now needed someone who would guide us honestly through what could have been a really difficult and traumatic time, we wanted someone who could advice us with their knowledge and expertise, someone who knows what to repair, replace, and what would be a fair price. LC came up as the most highly recommended from many friends who have bought and sold with them over the years. From that first phone call at the onset of our communications with Dominic and the team at LC we have had the uppermost professional support, advice and such courteous manners. We were kept informed at every stage of viewings, we were updated regularly, treated with honesty, respect, integrity and openness which we value highly. There was never an occasion where we did not feel we couldn't pick up the phone to ask any question and even though some of our ideas or questions may seem trivial to some to the team at LC they were always answered efficiently and promptly. we were called back when we left messages, our emails were answered promptly, there were no delays excuses or surprises we got exactly what we wanted what was promised and that was a sale on our house, and in a very short time frame. The advertising was excellent, they have ideas of who may be interested in this type of property and we feel that worked really well for us to achieve our outcomes, we could not have chosen a more suitable agent. This company is unique in its attitude, it doesn't offer false hope, like putting a higher price on to then drop a few thousand pounds to attract its buyers, its very straightforward upfront truthfulness, it gives you a very personal service and guides you every step of the way, we will certainly be using this fabulous company again and will highly recommend them to our colleagues family and friends.

Really pleased with the professional approach from Lillicrap Chilcott dealing with the Sale of our property. Head and shoulders above the others we met. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Lillicrap Chilcott have been helpful and supportive throughout. I have found the team of agents in their office communicate well both with me as the seller of a property and also amongst themselves, so that whoever has picked up the phone has taken an intelligent interest in my case. When I met the buyers they were satisfied as well. I recommend them.
