I attended my first Craniosacral Therapy appointment one week ago. Sinead is an experienced practitioner, within a very short time she located stresses. The process was uplifting and healing,  its effects sustained throughout the week.  I physically feel lighter and thinking with increased clarity. Looking forward to next session. We are fortunate to have Lifetime Health in our community.
