Coming into our 3rd year, highly recommended, always helpful with amendments, always help us find a good deal on renewal. Great customer service guaranteed.
After 5 years of never having a claim or personal circumstances changing. Lifestyle as brokers took upon themselves to impose some restrictions on a traders policy. Enticing the policy holders to commit fraud. By asking them to change the address' on the Driving licences. When questioned about this. Lifestyle suggested it was a rule that was not documented. Ultimately the policy holders addresses have never changed in the past 5 years of cover, so unsure why now Lifestyle have now imposed the restrictions. Along with asking personal questions which are invasive and irrelevant to the cover. I made all members of staff I spoke with at Lifestyle that I suffer with Complex Mental Health, where other financial institutions deal with situations like this with care and consideration. Lifetstyle were rude, contradictory, refused to give me any reason to why apart from 'its the rules' and have enticed fraudulent activity for their own gains.
Please avoid the worst customer experience ever they don’t answer after sales calls no respond at all by far the worst broker I have ever dealt with please don’t make the Same mistake I did.
Have used this broker for over 10yrs! Always had best prices & service so can’t fault them. And yes had two claims in that time both sorted professionally. 5 stars from me. M&N autos Portsmouth.
So far they have been sound. Really easy to deal with. Fairly casual to chat to rather than robotic and scripted. The price was brilliant in comparison to the competition. But also the cover iv got compared to others. Insurance is the only thing we have to buy but never ever want to use. But of that ever happens its nice to know you have it all covered
With them for a year never gave me a renewal despite me chasing them everyday for over a week never got me my no claims certificate of 2 years trade no claims upon obtaining a new policy elsewhere I found out they Mis sold me my policy and underinsured me for my needs. They told me with tradesise my personal vehicle was fully comp and mods 3rd party turns out trade wise don’t even offer this it’s fully third party as a whole. Yet they billed me for fully comprehensive. I told them I wanted the trade policy for manoeuvring my clients cars within my premesies they told me I needed road risks insurance and turns out I didn’t need that nor does it cover cars within 400 metres of your premesies so I was billed £2700 for cover that didn’t even cover me for what I’d asked for an absolute shambles. And they have now left me with no renewal no ncb for the past 2 years and I’m left with 6 hours to find insurance for my business before it expires. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Went for an interview here. Was pretty much told that I had the job, then a complete U Turn. Tried calling for a decision but didn't even have the decency to return my calls. Wonder if they treat their customers with the same lack of service
The whole company is being held by mikayla. If it wasn’t for this lady today I would’ve ended my policy, it shows how much ethical approach to customers matter.
Do not use absolute scam artists ….where’s my money lifestyle insurance it’s been 5 months since my refund was due and still waiting for my phone call back !! £2500 for 12 months insurance I paid outright and I had the policy for 2 months and they want to refund me £900 =£1600 for 2 months insurance scam do. Not use !!!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time
