Just had a 12 moth plan with them never missed a payment and was honest with what I was doing in the  trade so never had any issues sadly was abit expensive on renewal but never had any issues with them always happy to help would recommend

AVOID RIP OFF!! I took out £8k policy paid £500 odd instalment and cancelled it within days and I'm told end of Jan for refund?? Took it out early December 2017, doubt il get £3 back as their name is mud online & typically insurance firms can act at will without being helD responsible??? Told me it takes a month alone for firm they broker to to refund plus they need to work out cost of cover ( circa 8 days lol ) I have yet to come across a good broker these days all crooks in suits, spit in street get arrested, wear a suit chat bull on telephone and hey presto!! Nothing happens, quick to take your money and fight to get it back YET IMAGINE IF YOU PAID LATE??? come on ombudsman sort this lot out if you've got the balls, hide behind a phone lol better be a big phone as unlike some I will come to your office to discuss face to face and il wait allday, I don't take being took pee out of lifestyle so chop chop with my money or shall I come collect it

poor company that ripped me off and i cancelled the policy on my car after 3 months and they only refunded  a fifth of my £5000 premium. They do you on the small print.

AVOID AVOID !! Paid £850 upfront for a 12 month motor policy , They ask proof of residence, (16 Years on electoral role at same address not enough), wanted a paper utility bill in my name which i did not have to hand , sent them a Tax credits letter and a DHSS power of attorney Authorisation letter both with my name and address Via email i ask them if this was OK. Two weeks later they (Lifestyle) phoned me offering me an alternative quote almost a £1000 dearer as my Insurance company had given me seven day's notice of policy cancellation as they hadn't received proof of residence, This was non revocable. Lifestyle said they had received my proof of residency but thought the insurance company might not accept them so did not send them on.  Lifestyle also claimed they sent me an email to this effect a week earlier (no email was received) when i ask why didn't they phone me they said they tried once no answer, (my phone records show no missed calls from Lifestyle) , Now the best bit,  They said i was lucky my insurance company (Euna) only charge for time on cover in such circumstances, ( 1 Month about £70) ,  By my reckoning i should receive back about £780 , SIX WEEKS LATER after several emails asking for my refund they sent me a had written cheque for £562 (with no breakdown of costs) when i phoned they claim the reduced amount is for lost commission  as i would not accept an alternative quote for almost £1800. !!
One phone call or email is all i needed to sort my proof of residence.
Clearly once they have your money customer service goes out the window.  Just imagine trying to make a claim through this lot !!.
 Now having to declare iv'e had insurance cancelled my premium has dramatically increased.  (no choice national data base). to £1400 with another company,  In total i'm about £750 out of pocket,  
Still have not received breakdown of costs as requested,  Insurance Ombudsman investigating,      County Court next.
