Second store for Rushden on the eastern side of the town nice large and airy with plenty of room for moving with trolly or pushchairs parents and child bays next to the store with mobility parking bays nearby fairly good size std parking for customers selling the usual Lidl fair with instore bakery and special buys aisle with weekly offers,
The prices are going up by the minute now each time go shopping and buy essentials the price is up vegetables are poor quality always something rotten inside and not organised like they used to few years back. Need to get things from Northampton as they offer better quality for good price in the local shops. This is getting ridiculous the prices going up several times a year feel sorry for the poor people who can't afford
Thought I reviewed this one before...been before but thought it sucked. Went recently as the one a rushden lakes was too busy. Ooohhh , this one is much better. I was very excited and had to have a sit down as it was overwhelming to have a shopping experience like this. Will be our new regular shopping shop. Woohooo.
One of the best lidls around. With freshly cooked food made available.nCheck outs are both self serve and cashier..nBig selection.nParking outside, but can be tricky to get a space during peak times, which are usually daytime and weekends.nEvenings are quiet.nTrolleys need a pound.

The staff member in question is a Muslim woman who wears a hijab and partakes in wearing a noticeable amount of makeup.nnMy discontent stems from her behavior at the checkout counter. I observed her actions and found her to be excessively rushed and, at times, quite rude. The main issue I faced was the lack of consideration given to customers who were shopping with handheld baskets, as opposed to having access to a shopping trolley. Due to the absence of a trolley, I was forced to pack my items directly into bags at the till, without the opportunity to use the nearby window for packing after paying.nnThis rushed process presented several inconveniences for me. Not only did I struggle to pack my items in a timely manner, but I was also unable to organize my change and store it properly in my wallet. This was because the staff member began scanning the purchases of the next customer, an older lady who seemed taken aback by the assistant's handling of her delicate items such as glass jars.nnIt is essential that Lidl maintains a certain standard of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with care, respect, and patience. I kindly request that the management address this matter with the staff member involved, highlighting the importance of allowing customers adequate time to complete their transaction without feeling rushed or neglected.nnI truly believe that this isolated incident does not reflect the overall service and dedication exhibited by the majority of your staff members. However, it is crucial to address these instances promptly in order to sustain a positive customer experience at Lidl.nnThank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
