A large, popular Lidl with the ubiquitous bakery at the entrance with loads of well lit pastries and breads baked in store.nThe fruit and veg section is well stocked and their bagged salads are a bargain.nThey even have a few vegan goodies on the shelves, including the best supermarket tofu block.nThis store did look a bit tired on the day I visited, with large rows of empty shelves on the buy it before it’s gone section.
Nice little store, plenty of variety and good amount of parking spaces. The shelf checkout is always a bonus, though very slow at scanning with a 2/3 second delay on the scales recognizing the product. I've not experienced this at other Lidls.. maybe they need recalibrating
I love Lidl. Lidl per se, not necessarily a specific Lidl, but Lidl in general.nI appreciate the weekly veg offers at discounted rates. I love all the varied food that is available. I always find something in the middle of Lidl, but the only thing that I find really difficult is the staff can be so miserable, and that makes me worried about staff morale and conditions, and then I wonder, should I be shopping there or should I take my business elsewhere, where the staff are quite happy as I part with £200 on my food shop. Please don't castigated me, it is for a month!
Huge store, fully stocked, great choice of fresh bakes. The lady at the till was friendly and provided service with a smile.
Just like any other Lidl - a wide range of good food at very reasonable prices. There is a large car park and we had no problem finding a space.
