Newly constructed store as you enter Porthmadog .nAmple Parking , with other stores on the same lot .nnShelves were adequately stocked , along with reasonable prices .nnMinor niggle was only one member of staff on checkouts , and self-checkouts only accepted card payments.nnQueues , and wait times were excessive , but another till operative was made available- Very friendly staff .nnGood customer toilets with spacious disabled facilities , and clean considering the obvious lack of staff
I am writing about a particular member of staff. The older woman that you have working there, with grey hair,as she needs to be sorted out. She is so horrible and extremely rude. I was in the queue last week,and an elderly man and his wife was before me,she had no patience with this particular gent ,you could tell she was thinking he was so slow and she was impatient,i heard her say stick the card in the machine,very aggressively,and he didnt know what to do,saw her shaking her head,she is a nasty person,to be dealing with the public. Customers need good and friendly customer service in a shop. She is so rude,and should be investigated . It happens all the time when she is on the tills. She throws the shopping,and has no time for you to pack your things.nHowever go to Aldi,and all the staff are very pleasant indeed,well mannered and very helpful,and even bag shopping for the elderly.nSo anyone who has had this experience with this grey haired woman,dont keep quiet,speak up.nRemember the saying CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT .
Always great deals we got two reduced BLT sandwiches and two redused packs of strawberries for less than 3quid..oh yeah baby
Good store but having the heating on in 30 degrees weather is just idiotic, you can feel it pumping out of the vents as you walk down the isles. I would not work in those conditions and I feel for the poor staff
Does great sourdough. Also lovely Portuguese custard tarts. Can charge an ev here whilst shopping. Very useful.
