My wife shopped here last weekend. Their systems were down and the promised Lidl Plus discount of 10% was not taken off the bill. She spoke to a manager who was not particularly interested in helping. As a consequence the shopping took 1 hour 50 mins. Today we received a parking fine from Lidl for staying more that 1 hour 30 mins!nI just want to make everyone who shops at Lidl aware that if you have a large Christmas shop make sure that you aren't fleeced on the bill as they will not tell you that Lidl Plus is down and make sure you get out fast or you will also get a parking fine.
Very good branch of Lidl great produce always get served quickly, clean. Plenty of car parking space also in walking distance from the seafront.
My grandparents live nearby so I’ve frequented this Lidl numerous times. I’ve never had trouble parking, finding what I wanted, or going through the checkout. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, Langer Park, and a Premier Inn. There’s a bus stop nearby as well which is handy. Lidl is good for finding random stuff you never even knew you wanted, situated right in the middle of the store; stock that is swapped out regularly. From children’s colouring books to walking poles, from lava lamps to sewing machines, from baby shoes to jacket steamers and hedge trimmers, this store has you covered maybe. Now I know what you’re all thinking: “How are their pretzels?” Well they’re average, mate.

As staff,I went to count stock!!,nBut as usual ,the management and staff done a quick professional job,..opening In time for 8am..nGreat store ,ready to cater for you all..
