Used to be my favourite Lidl in Southend on sea , for all your fresh vegetables and affordable priced groceries. But many times I see the rack empty, maybe it's was the the times of my visit. But the other stores in Southend are doing better in customer visit experience. Good car parking and many other chain stores next to the Greyhound retail park Lidl
The change in this place over the last 1-2 years is remarkable. It looks and feels like a quality supermarket and you can see the efforts being made to make the most of the goods on offer - neat, tidy, available - despite the old and probably awkward building. Nice shop.
I’ve had consistently great experiences at Lidl Southend, especially thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. Whether it’s finding a product or needing help with something in-store, there’s always someone nearby ready to assist with a smile. The team works efficiently, but they never make you feel rushed. It’s clear they care about customer service, which really makes a difference.
The staff are very friendly and super patient, thanks for answering my silly questions
