One thing very bad that ruins everything that is good. Generally the stocks are good and the staff are polite. I have been buying supplies here for around 6 years and I have noticed in recent years the absolute rudeness and dismissive behaviour from the young Filipino girl at the checkout. Not only does she have a major attitude problem, she also makes constant pricing mistakes, checks her phone before and during serving a customer, never says hello or thank you even when you do. She speaks fluent English and I feel like I am training a child in how to behave in public when the politeness is this one sided. My 3 year old niece has better people skills. Otherwise Kim Quang is a good place but this one individual ruins the entire experience now that I simply do not want to spend my money there and will be advising people in my social circle of her extremely bad customer service. Trying to ask her a question about stock will reward you with an evil stare and a heavy sigh of breathing. I suggest that the new owner looks for a more suitable individual, capable of fundamental communication. Will shop elsewhere.

A disgusting rude girl staff. Young girl on till very bad at job. Always check receipt now because always wrong. Need to go back and get my money back every time. Girl just act annoyed and angry like sulking teenager. No customer respect. No human respect. Pretends to ignore you when you say hello or ask questions about product. Have seen her behave like this to everyone. Bad business choice. Should get another staff.

All your oriental food shopping needs in one place. Definitely the best one in Southend. The other one in town is not well stocked at all..... Don't bother! This is a nice friendly place staff very willing to help you around. I always go back when running low on supplies
