Very nice and tidy store. Comparatively big as well. Most of the product were available. Isle are easy accessible. Did not see any staff member on the shop floor as I needed some help with the product price. Also vegetables bags were run out. Had to take tomatoes without bag. At the till point there was lovely lady who I reported that and she called some and someone brought me few bags. It was really helpful. It was a great customer service experience. Thanks to the store team.
It's not a very big shop but a good place for a quick pick up.nCar Parks used to be 24 hours but now closes at 22:30 Monday - Saturday and 17:30 - 7:30 on Sundays. It's not nice as the world is putting so much pressure on everyone already, and you would expect shops like this to be able to support in manners like this. Not donating to charities alone is important.nnPlease avoid going there during this hours...

Every time I visit I leave frustrated or annoyed due to one reason or another at this store and Lidl location.nnThe cleanliness of the store is awful, it is consistently a mess with spillages, rubbish, food items and receipts littering the floor. It is even more apparent at the self-service, which you can see in the photos. The staff do not clean this and leave it in this state until store closing daily.nnThe product availability is poor in this store and many times you're greeted with empty shelves or the items you want, are not available. The bakery area is a mess and people pick items up with their bare hands and the baskets are filthy.nnShoplifting is rampant at this location and there are often baskets are trollies littering the store, the staff aren't all that much help either. I don't go here out of choice, but it does have a convenient location situated in the town centre and accessible with local bus and train connections, there is also parking too.nnThe store opening hours are handy and also the store does accept cash and card but usually there are not manned checkouts open so you may need to ask for assistance in using the self-service. I would not recommend this location to friends and family, very disappointing compared with other stores I have been to in London.
