A huge thank you to the Lidl Customer service team at this store for being friendly, adaptable and welcoming for me and my family. New stores with different lay outs can be difficult due to a range in health issues but the staff made this process easy and stress-free. The shop was clean, tidy and simple to navigate making my weekly shop a breeze.nnThank you to the staff here for making it a lovely enviornment!
I came into the store last week for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the space. Shelves were neat and stocked properly and there was nothing on the floor or in the wrong place. It’s hard to find a supermarket who has these kind of standards but it is worth the treck to go here instead!
Very disappointed because of the service. Bad customer service and they looking like we trying steal something . Especially a girl who always beside the self billing tills. Rude behaviour, not even smiling , answering to the questions in a rude manner.
Everything is generally well managed with the exception of tills. The self checkouts have been moved to card only and there's always only one cash till open, even at busy times. Cost cutting is affecting your customers. We have to form a long queue which limits everyone's shopping as aisles are blocked off.
I have been to this Lidl a lot as it’s my local. I just find staff very rude. Especially the lady on the tills today 9th aug 1pm shift. No greeting customers with a smile no hello just a face on her. Whilst rushing you along. She just kept huffing and puffing whilst I was rushing to pack my items in the bags. I had to leave the packing and just starting putting item into the trolley. Then when it came to paying she didn’t even ask for my Lidl card and said it’s too late now. I work in customer service too and this would never be acceptable. Please train your staff as this is just off putting.
