The store is decent, but when it comes.to parking prepare to be amazed of the level of ignorance present. First you do your shopping and pay without realizing that you need to give them your parking ticket first so they can take 1. 20 from your shopping. One staff member said I should go back get a refund, give them the parking ticket first and then pay again . I went and got a couple items, give the ticket,.they discounted 1.20 and went to grab my car to go out, just to find out that you can't pay by card unless you go at the first floor in blue container booth where there is a guy with card machine that will take your money. And wait for it. Then you need to press the help button at the barrier to let you out. What kind of sick joke is this?
No notice of substitute, so I guess this is what custard donuts looks like.nDriver arrived an hour early, did not mark the delivery complete, delivered 2 crates and after we convinced him that there should be more, found 1 more. Most of frozen products were not delivered. I guess he did not feel like finding that crate. Really disappointing and I would not recommend online order again.
I am visiting this shop for the last 12 years... One stop shop for everything, with excellent staff behavior. Fresh garden stuff, cooked hot food section, pizza making etc are added advantage. Good deals available for wine and spirits
Shocking attitude from the security team!! They are in desperate need of training and development. At no point should any security guard take it upon themselvesnTo go into your bags from other shops while you are scanning your shopping to check where you purchased the item, I was minding my business scanning my shopping at the trolley self checkout and the very tall dark skin security guard took it upon himself to physically open my home bargains bag with his hand and ask if I bought the shower gel there of here. Shocking !!! He is doing way to much and needs to be taken down a peg or two as I see him doing this nearly everytime I visit, I have wrote to head office and this is discrimination and also something he shouldn’t do, he also lied to the manager and said he didn’t touch the bag so he’s also a liar. Had zero reason.
I just come back from ASDA romfordnIn the mercury.nWhat a stressful experience I was on the self checkout not enough room to put all my Basket of shopping After Scan the barcodes My plastic box of blueberries Fell off the side The box had come open and the blueberries went everywhere.nI lady come over I said.Could you Deduct The blueberries. as they had fallen off the side.nShe told me just go and get another box.nI said I have not got time Plus I cannot leave all my shopping here .nSo she Deducted it ofnthen started cleaning up the blueberries moaning Constantly this is not my jobnI'm not meant to be bending.ncleaner should be doing this.nI said sorry it was an accident.nThe sides were not big enough to put the shopping on. She told me I should have got a trolley. I said there was no trolleys when I came in.nI want Back into the shop to take an item back for a refund as it was not the right colour to match.nA baby dress i had brought in another shop.nthe lady at the returns was very nicenAs I walked out I was stopped by A.nSecurity guard. Asking if I paid for all my shopping Did you scan It at the checkout he said , Yes of course I did.nI just returned an item so rude .nI am 62 year old white British Citizen who Would never steal anything.nI was so embarrassed .nAll the years I have shopped here. I've never had anything like this before.nI will never shop here again.nWell done asda you have lost another Decent Honest customer.
