I’ve had a great experience shopping at Lidl. The prices are affordable, the quality of products is good, and there is a wide range of options available. The store is usually clean and well-organised. It’s a great place for everyday groceries while keeping costs low.

I normally always come to this Lidl and I'm usually always satisfied by the customer service. But today, the cashier in Counter 5 in the morning was very rude to my wife. There was an issue with the card payment machine and just pulled the machine away and smashed it angrily. I don't see the need to behave in such a way. I can see from other reviews that this is an ongoing thing and it does not appear that anything has changed. Will not be coming here anytime soon again.

Have shopped here for a little while now as I live nearby but won’t be coming back was in the store yesterday and was spoken to so rudely by a small overweight bald male worker I feel he may have been a supervisor/manager he had a pale blue shirt on with no name badge he was stacking the shelf’s he left a metal cage which collects cardboard boxes diagonal blocking the way through and I managed to pass him whilst he was stacking the shelf as I thought there was enough room I touched his shoe with my trolley and I apologised and then I was told very rudely next time to say excuse me, if he had any common sense and to save people asking to excuse him he should have put the cardboard metal cage in the middle horizontal so he could work on one side and customers could pass on the other side maybe a refresher course on how to deal with positing metal cages under health and safety policy would help and certainly one on how to speak properly to customers :

This LiDl is pretty good with all the essentials. Only drawback is that it can get crowded and usually they have less billing counters. Also, occasionally racist and even was asked if the donut in my daughter’s hand was paid for.  Otherwise a good shop and easy parking. Bus stop 11 is right at the door.

Helpful staff. Great value supermarket
