Staff at the click and collect service are mostly brilliant. The store seems to enjoy constantly shifting its stock around which is infuriating. If you need something quick and you go to the aisle it usually is and it's been moved about. Seems to be no flow to the store at all. It's quite difficult when the shop is busy to get around because of all the full totes at the ends of aisles. Could be better.
Shocking, so called express delivery 95% is late and they charge you £8.50!! Previous orders have been cancelled by Asda without letting me know, have had to phone customer service numerous time, avoid online shopping with them
I had a fall on Fri whilst going to my car for forgotten purse. I cannot thank asda staff enough for their prompt care. The first aider and others collected my shopping and placed in boot. Luckily no bones broken but just bruising. It's good to know that asda have trained staff for these emergencies. Also a member of public lifted me up and helped me to store. Thank you all!!
Seems to be the only ASDA in the Aberdeen which hasn't had the right amount of money put into it into recent times. It's a very busy ASDA but yet the interior is very old and dated, fridges are very old and haven't been upgraded while most other Asda in Aberdeen have, car park repairs are done on the cheap, with tar just thrown in a massive amount of holes to then come out weeks later. Not sure why there's no investment in this busy ASDA but yet Asda Dyce as an example has new interiors, have entire parking areas re-tarred properly etc. it's very old and dated and it shows. Guess they aren't bothered about this store for some reason.
Business users should be aware that the petrol station no longer has staff and everytime I have used it, there has been no paper for receipts, meaning you have to go into store to get a receipt.
