Ordered a taxi and they said it was no problem and gave a time. 25 minutes later and no taxi. I called to ask them where the taxi was wheyher there was a problem only for them to tell me they had been sat outside my house calling me. Which was a blatant lie. They then told me an address where they had gone to which turned out to be the next street over. Asked if they would still be able to get me a lift and they said they already had another job so couldn't! Absolute disgrace I would not recommend. Had to mess around cancelling my hospital appointment due to them
I've booked this company for 3 return trips and they have been late 3 times out of 6, and went to the wrong address on another occasion. No apology given for being 15 mins late first time and ended up cancelling one trip as they were 30 mins late and still no sign of them.
