I will try to make you understand how bad this agency is Left a property 3 years ago Closed all the gas and energy accounts from my name They give the property to someone else, that person reopen the accounts in my name After 3 years . A bill of £3000 got sent to me. I explained the situation to them Call the energy supplier and they said they need proof from the agency. I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks they do not answer my calls the responsible person keep ignoring my calls and this affect my credit score.
I have received amazing service from Kiratpal and Ben at Liberty Estate Agents in purchasing my first home. Both have been very helpful and very friendly. They always keep you updated on progress during the entire process. I will highly recommend everyone using Liberty Estate agents to purchase their home too!
This is the worst agency ever , I do not recommend it to anyone. Once they give you a property they do not care about anything else. You can call them for a problem it will take weeks before they solved it
During a long process getting the property over the line, the team at Liberty's were consistent, exceeding expectations and were helpful all along the way to achieve a mutual end goal. Liberty Estate Agents were friendly and helpful when I was looking around and applying for a property, and have been incredibly responsive to any issues arising since moving in. I would highly recommend them. They are certainly the best estate agents I've ever rented through.
Ben and his team have been excellent. He assisted our Ukrainian guests find good local accommodation. Ben helped ensure they settled in and any repairs/maintenance needs were done quickly. The team are always willing to help and keen to understand the individual's needs and help find appropriate housing. Highly recommended
