If it was possible to offer a minus star to Persimmon Homes, I would. Absolutely the worst after sales care I have ever encountered. Every defect they are supposed to rectify, by statutory regulation, they do with the greatest reluctance, kicking and screaming at every turn. If it wasn't for the intervention of the building Ombudsman threatening them with legal action, they would have done nothing. Never, ever, ever again.
