We are conveniently located within the High Street Kensington Shopping Arcade (within the underground station next to Boots).

We opened this outlet on the 1st of December 2005.

Been coming here for years and it still never disappoints. Nice clean store carrying the full range with friendly staff all round maintaining very high standards.  Some of the low scores on here seem unfair, and people don’t seem to understand if you go for a custom box it is sold on weight. They have guide prices shown for the different box sizes based on what they roughly hold, but you will pay more if it’s over. Even more so as I make sure every space is filled to the brim…!  At the time of writing the chocolates that are sold loose for the boxes are £59.99 per Kg irrespective of box size. The price hasn’t changed in years and for one of the finest Belgian chocolate makers in the world, it is very reasonable - Even more so when you consider just how hard and expensive shipping them over fresh to the UK is.  If you’re ever in West London, pay a visit for a coffee and ice cream at the very least - as they are very good too!  Vegetarian options: Very limited range of Vegan chocolate bars available that swap cows milk for plant based substitutions.  Dietary restrictions: Limited range of low sugar/sugar free diabetic chocolate and an equally limited range of dairy free chocolates.  Parking: Limited paid for street parking available that is quite expensive.  Kid-friendliness: Sell lower cost pre-packed kids sweets and chocolates, as well as ice creams.  Wheelchair accessibility: Street level access no ramps or stairs

Fantastic, friendly staff and delicious chocolate. Such a great selection of white, dark and milk. A massive plus is the vegan chocolates and the great selection of luxury boxes of chocolates at affordable prices. Jackie and her team deliver 10-star customer service.

Having read a few good reviews and looking for ice cream / gelato in the area, I took my family for some ice cream. They make them from McDonald's style machines, but decided to give it a go as the server was nice and helpful.  The ice cream came out really soft and the colours looked incredible artificial, the chocolate one was almost orange in colour and the mixed fruit one looked like toothpaste. They tasted quite sub-premium, could tell there was way too much saturated fat, my daughter gave up after a couple of bites - and both me and my wife had an upset stomach for 24h after eating them.  Service is OK and chocolate may be nice but recommend avoiding the ice cream.

Best leonidas I've been to ever. Has the best chocolates. Massive easter selection. Super busy but still amazing service and the best hot chocolate. Has something for the whole family.

It’s a shame that things seem to have gone down hill in recent times. This was somewhere on my list to go to get presents for people.  Recently I went and got all my Easter presents. It turned out I didn’t get the right thing for one of my family, so I thought I’d come back and buy what they liked.  Instead of one’s custom being appreciated, I got some lecture about box sizes and bag sizes.  Apparently they’ve got a rule that if they put more than you asked for, they’ll charge you for the extra, but if you want less or they put less, then you asked for then you don’t pay less.  Whilst it seems to go beyond all logic, it also seems strange to forbid people occasionally making a smaller purchase.

The worst ice cream ever. I asked for pistachio and raspberry. I questioned the colour the lady said it is pistachio I tried it and once I asked if it was pistachio both flavours was tasty less and horrible and I paid 5.50 for super sugary cream flavour. Very disappointed

I had an Easter egg delivered to me from this store and it arrived completely shattered. I have been unable to see enough edge pieces to create a complete half egg shell with the ridged pattern of the shell fitting together as ordered and the pieces don't even seem to meet to reform as an egg shape so I was only able to wonder if Leonidas Kensington has unfortunately sold a broken egg shell for my order and blamed the delivery as their website said they would not take responsibility for broken eggs despite it being the seller's responsbility for products to arrive in a satisfactory condition.  Unfortunately Leonidas saw fit to respond to my opinion and honest speculation by accusing me of defamation and that their legal team will be looking into this which has done nothing to improve my experience or opinion. While this order was later refunded which is in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations for products not as described or damaged my experience of Leonidas Kensington has not improved, but only gotten worse. Regardless of whether the egg shell was sent broken or not, my experience with Leonidas Kensington remains extremely poor.

THE BEST COFFEE EVER.... I didn’t know Leonidas sell coffee to Take away. While buying chocolates I saw the coffee machine and decided to try. That was the best decision I’m a coffee lover. The taste is amazing, the latte is so well prepared and the service is always amazing. I recommend everyone to try! Special thanks to the girls that work there. I’ve been served by 2 of them so far and they were extremely friendly and polite. It’s the best coffee in High Street Ken for sure!

I asked for dark chocolate only box of chocolates, twice but it turns out I've been sold a selection of white, dark and milk. Poor product knowledgeFood: 1/5

I have the best experience in Leonidas in Kensington. The Irish lady served me . The service 10-10. The taste of ice cream absolutely wonderful taste.
