The room was quiet, reasonable, clean, and of good quality. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous.nThe disappointment was the next day breakfast, no staff, no food, and I was called rude when asked for service. The food was good quality when it appeared.nI won't book again.
Stayed here for work. 10/10 hotel and great staff. The receptionist Emma/ Emily, sorry, I can't remember her name, but she was absolutely fantastic, super chatty, and very polite. Staff at breakfast were also lovely.nnRoom: The room was immaculate, and the aesthetic was so tasteful and modern.nnI really enjoyed my stay and will stay again when working in Manchester
Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded on our arrival which was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was a very nice surprise, very close to the train station and good proximity or restaurants etc.nthe room itself was good with a nice sized bed. Nice views from the room as well.nI had a great time!
Got randomly upgraded, lovely surprise when I’d had an awful day. Free drink at the bar which they changed to allow 2 free drinks much to my surprise. Wonderful staff all round. Fabulous room and walking distance to decent locations and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Manchester. Upon arriving I was randomly selected for a free room upgrade which was so nice! The room was great! It had a lovely view, fridge with drinks & snacks + a nespresso machine which I couldn’t help myself from using for my morning coffee. The receptionists & room service staff were all amazing + the hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly station which was a plus!
