Myself and husband stayed in this hotel the night before and night of our wedding.nnI’d arranged with Lea via email a booking system for the guests to get their rooms at a discounted rate. And she was amazing.nnOn arriving on my own for the night before the wedding, the staff had arranged a nice bottle of fizz, a congratulatory card and a bouquet of flowers my husband had ordered to be presented on my arrival.nnThe night of the wedding we got a complimentary upgrade and they moved my stuff from room to room to allow for easier transition.nnThe staff were attentive, helpful and we’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s staying in the area.
Very luxurious hotel room. Was on a high floor with a nice view. The staff are friendly and polite. The room had a little kitchen area with plates, oven, like a mini apartment with all equipment you would need if cooking food but we only stayed for one night. Good size and nice and clean. Would stay here again.
Luxury hotel next to University of Manchester Business School. Loved the room which is catered for business travellers that is well lit and everything in the room works. Breakfast is a bit disappointing due to lack of selection and the items are the same throughout my stay of 6 days at this hotel. The fish and chips were very good while the Hawaiian pizza lacked flavor and the pineapple did not cook through enough.
A wonderful hotel. Extremely nice rooms, friendly staff, superb breakfast and very comfortable beds allowing for a decent night's sleep. Excellent shower too.
Located in the heart of Manchester at Oxford Road close to the University, Hyatt is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at recently. The hotel has plenty of rooms over the 18 floors. The ambience is great and the staff friendly. The room was very spacious and clean; so was the bathroom. The stay was really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
