Don't usually choose to stay at these types of budget hotels but it was suitable for where we were going in the evening. The hotel was very clean, nicely laid out downstairs. The service was good both checking in and out. The rooms although small, were clean with adequate amenities. The rooms surprised me to be honest how nice they were. One downside is you get charged £3 for parking which I didn't feel necessary but a great way to make extra money. The hotel and car park was super busy. We stayed on a Friday night. The location is right off the motorway and close to food and the Trafford centre. Perfect location if you want that side of town.
We had a nice time staying at this hotel for the night and we plan to come here again next time we're in Manchester! Great location. The rooms are modern, clean and tidy. The parking is easy to access and the staff are always friendly. The breakfast was great and overall we were happy with our hotel reservation.
Stayed here for one night and would happily stay here again on our next visit. Very attentive staff at check out and at breakfast. Our room was very clean and spacious with comfy beds and was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and decor of the hotel. Breakfast was also very nice with lots of options.
Chris and Kelsey was very helpful. Rooms are very clean and up to standards. Slight problem in first room with air con not working, staff was very attentive and moved us straight away. Chris and Kelsey was so lovely and polite couldn’t be more helpful. Enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.
Really helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean room with everything we needed no mini bar but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, and there’s a bar at reception. It was priced well for what we got
