I love what they offer. Their coffee even though from machine is better than the competition. Nice variety of food and quite yummy. On the natural and vegan side but with nice options for non vegans like me. Nice chairs and indoor and outdoor sitting space. Why not 5-star: keeping the door open at 5°C outside. Customers had to keep their jackets on
Let’s start from the plus: I stopped at Leon for a recharging green smoothie and their product definitely satisfied my needs and cravings! My smoothie was fantastic, healthy and refreshing - a much needed “pick me up” after a 14km walk! Let’s now move to the areas needing improvement: the woman at the till was incredibly rude, clearly appearing not to enjoy her job. Please, tackle this situation as you’re likely to loose customers with this attitude. Overall: go if you don’t care about customer service, otherwise open your eyes for better places.
Service was excellent, fast and friendly, they even double checked my order before handing it to me. Food was almost 5 star apart from the waffle fries which was soft on outside and undercooked and crunchy on the inside. The rest of the food more than made up for it, it was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place for healthy fast food. Vegetarian options: An excellent selection of vegetarian dishes.
Normally love Leon but this branch is very poor. The lady at the till had a rude attitude and packed my takeaway box sideways. My chicken and rice box literally had 3 SHREDS of chicken in it, and the chips tasted like last nights batch. Feared the lady would spit in my food if I asked for more chicken. Put me off Leon for a little while. Edit: read some reviews after posting mine and seems like this particular branch has had the same comments but not improved. Suggest new management!
Usually a great take out - now ruined by compulsory use of touch screen to order food/drink. Be much easier if I could just ask for a cup of tea :- rather than tedious menu scrolling and button taps . Gave up and went to the cafe next door.
This is the second time I’ve ordered Leon in 1 week, because it was always my go to for a fast delicious dinner. But now, it has truly gone downhill, very depressing. Food is cold, buns and chips are stale, food falls apart, the lettuce is brown and soggy, the chips were uncooked, it’s shocking. Really hope a drastic change is done for what used to be a a lovely fast food chain if that’s even a thing
Every time I order from this place there’s something wrong with order, today they sent me a sausage&egg muffin with no egg, other times they send me a different item or just forget to send it at all!? The services are so bad it’s insane!? The food tastes good when they send the right stuff, it’s a shame!
The typical Leon fries are soft. The ones I was served were hard as stone. They must kept it in the heater for too long. The Korean chicken burger was also not as fresh as typically. It looked dry too. They also “forgot” to give me any dip/sauce to fries which is advertised as such.
Nice, efficient service. Staff are friendly & ask if you have allergies. Had the new Love Vegan Burger. It was nice. But priced at £5.75, doesn't quite hit the spot proportion-wise. Coulda eaten two!
Healthy fast food option. I usually eat the Moroccan meatballs. They used to have jars filled with water + lemon and mint in it. They stopped offering this option however if you ask them there is a tap and they give you a cup to fullit up. This place is 1000 times better than Mc Donald. Here you can also ask for green salad.
