Played in the Past Captains Team match representing @bearsdenGolfclub at Lenzie on Sunday. First time visiting the property. Have to say I was hugely impressed with the club, course, food and hospitality. The course is stunning and in great condition for the time of year and weather. I had the steak pie followed by the cake in the picture. Amazing food and the portions are exactly what a growing person likes. Some incredible views from the top of the course. 5stars

The young man that greeted us was very nice and we felt welcome. The room was cold to look at you expected a wee bit more at Christmas, they didn't have the steak pie we wanted then I asked for chocolate nutty sundae but got after eight and ice cream. We do usually enjoy our time at the golf club for a meal but our Christmas meal was a let down.

If you can handle the hill on the 5th hole you will find a course in excellent condition with some very nice holes
Not!!! A golfer, but!!! You don't HAVE to be to enjoy this space, or so it seems. Lenzie golf club has a VERY open policy to access. Open waking is encouraged as long as people observe the golfing fraternity -and their little balls- but seriously I have NEVER been challenged here, the players are SO friendly. Even when they point out you may be crossing their shot they are very patient. The beautiful greens and fairways are a credit to the club. There is always work going on to improve the course. I go there to use the overflow car park which gives me access to the lovely gadloch. I go there for photography as well as wildlife spotting, mainly birds. As I say I have never been troubled going there, the club seem quite tolerant of the activities of the general public. Well done to them for showing the way on supporting public access. P.S. this works BOTH ways so please everbody keep within the access code.
A great little club first two holes are a great way to introduce a newcomer to the course not long but but undulating some long par 4s for the high handicapper to contend with a very friendly atmosphere.
Fabulous day at lenzie golf club. Course is in fantastic condition friendly staff, and wonderful food. Going back on Fri. And considering membership too. If you haven't played it, WHY NOT??. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. FABULOUS VIEWS TOO.
Course is in great condition but tees could be improved, greens superb. Clubhouse very friendly staff and members, food good snd good selection of beers and spirits. Definately worth a visit I will certainly be retutning soon.
