Played this course with my Pal who is off +2, all I can say is we both really really enjoyed the course and all it has to offer. The pros greeted us and was great with loads of knowledge, all the staff were really kind and welcoming and the course itself was well presented and a gods test. Greens were great. If in doubt play it
Set of the road across from Kingsgate East Kilbride. Nice ,large carpark to park your car. Clubhouse is modern, with a pro shop, who can take care of all your needs. The course is very challenging, especially the back nine, with some very long and tricky holes. The course played well and is in great condition. There are some lovely views across the surrounding area. There are shower facilities in the clubhouse. The staff are brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful. I would throughly recommend a round here, you will not be disappointed, a great course
Used to be a member here for three years decided to pop back up for a round, through golf now. I always loved the clubhouse especially in the summer outside in the sun. The course is kept in good condition, in my personal opinion Torrance is a better layout, just nowhere near the green keeping that is performed here, but both courses mid summer I'd say Torrance is a better course. I'm now a member at East Ren as I prefer a challenging course with water hazards.
Beautiful course, really well maintained - was busy on the Friday afternoon I played. However, pace of play was not an issue. Will be back again.
Weather was very poor. Staff as always friendly and helpful. Lovely course
The best golf facility in Lanarkshire. Challenging tree lined fairways. Good variety of holes. Excellent warm up and short game area. Well managed practice area. Modern welcoming Clubhouse with friendly bar and catering teams.
An excellent golf course. Despite an extremely wet winter the course is playing well . All the greens are showing the benefit of work carried out last Autumn
Played April 2021 On arrival there is a massive car park adjoined by a lovely modern clubhouse. The clubhouse was setup well for covid measures and extremely clean with very polite and friendly staff. The pro shop is small but has everything you need. The course was fantastic considering the lack of rain we have had recently slowing the growth. The tees were in great condition and very tidy, the fairways were in fine condition although quite a few areas still marked GUR, the greens were lush and fast with only a few patchy bare bits but that will come with some rain and the warmer weather. If you can’t drive the ball straight your in for a long day as every hole is tree lined and more often than not you just need to take your punishment and play out sideways. Very impressed and left thinking that this is true ly a hidden gem and will definitely return later in the year.
Played the course recently as a two ball. We checked in at the Pro shop by a friendly member of staff. The course is flat enough for easy walking. It is in great condition and is a decent layout. Worth a visit.
Course was fabulous even with the hot weather recently , course well presented and manicured everywhere, food excellent and service 1st class
