Unfortunately we have a bad experience with this company, we agreed a ruff time to come a view one of there cars, when we arrived there isn't anywhere to park, there is a small drive way into the forecourt but impossible to turn round especially if you have a larger car on a bend. We started to look around at the car we had choosen only to find out that there was any one there, so we called only to find out that they left 1 hour away. No call nothing to tell us to either come later or rearrange a viewing. About 2 hours later they call to arrange finance on a car that we haven't even sat in let alone driven, and maybe not available later..... if you had a problem with a car bought from here I'm doubtful you would get the service you would expect. Very poor customer service. Complete waste of time a fuel.
We purchased a lovely car from here. The customer service was brilliant and Matt Fox looked after us and went above and beyond. Also came with a full mot & service and 3 months warranty. Would definitely buy from these again. Keep up the good work.
Bought a car from here 2 years ago - only just been reminded of the terrible service I received after finding Matt Fox's business card in my service book. Wanted to write a review back then and never got around to it. I needed a car urgently as I was due to move house and my last one got written off in an accident. The service at the dealership was great, and I was able to get off in my new car very quickly and easily. There was a known fault with the locking system which I was assured by Matt would be fixed next time I was in the area. A few days after driving my car to the new house over 100 miles away the engine light came on and the car was frequently cutting out when I was driving it. Took it to a local garage who said they would need a few days to get the part and fix the problem - the engine wouldn't even start so I had to get a taxi to my new job for the first couple of days. Does not seem likely the car had a proper MOT and service when I bought it as promised. I was assured by Matt I would be compensated for this over £100 for the work as I had also purchased the warranty and that I would get the money back for the taxis. So I plan to go back to Norfolk to arrange with Matt that he will have the part to fix the locking issue in and will get it sorted for me. I have agreed the date with him and make the journey for this sole purpose, sending him many messages and calling to confirm it will be ready and I am not wasting my time. However the day before he is due to fix the problem I send a message to remind him of our plans and he tells me he has been on holiday and has not been able to get the part in yet, suggesting I come back another time when he promises to have it in. I wasted a huge amount of petrol, money and time on this issue and was never compensated for any of it. I never bothered making another trip as I knew it would be a waste of time trying to arrange anything with that weasel when he had already taken my money. If Matt Fox still works here, avoid at ALL COSTS. This has completely ruined any trust I have in independent car dealers.
Bought my first car from Brent Lennon Cars. I was unsure on what car would be best for me, I bought Yaris and I am really pleased with it, very economical. Great advice from the staff and reasonably priced. The service was brilliant when I picked my car the next day. No hassle, didn't feel pressured and I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Bought a used car from this dealer, it broke down 2 days later, diagnosed by the local official dealership for that brand of car as failed water pump, failed auxiliary belt and potential engine damage as a result of the car having been run without coolant [as a result of the failed water pump]. The dealer had supposedly had the car serviced prior to handover and service book stamped accordingly. Exercised my right to reject the goods for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, two days after the breakdown 4 days after purchase date. Dealer refused to comply with his statutory obligations. At first, he tried to quote the terms of the warranty to me - where the customer bears 50% of repair costs plus the cost of transporting the car back to dealership. When I insisted on a full refund according to my statutory rights, the closest he would come to complying was that a partial refund would be given as and when they managed to re-sell the car, and the drop in the value of the car plus valet costs would be netted off. Dealer refused to listen when I explained that this was not compliant with the Consumer Rights Act and I even quoted the relevant provisions of the Act to him. Avoid.
Went to look at a merc a class but was told couldn't buy it as it belonged to the salesman however Matthew Fox, who said he was the owner of Brent Lennon Cars was very polite.

Dodgy. Sold a car with known fault, refused to pay for repairs. Avoid.
Very happy with the sale and my new car.
