My girlfriend and I, when to the garage looking into getting her a new used car. All the staff are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help with any issues. Especially Paul, the manager and Jonathan Senior sales man.

My girlfriend ended up with a great little car, definitely will be going back in the future

Worst Ford garage i have ever been to!!! Truck stuck in Low Dif went in to see if someone could have a look or put a tester on. Was told you will have to take in to norwich and we’re not interested in helping. Absolutely Useless

Best ford garage in Norfolk, excellent customer service and more than happy to help with however little the issue. My partner brought a new focus and is over the moon with the service. Will definitely be going here first when I look at buying my own car.

Just bought an automatic Kuga after trading in my manual Kuga, Wonderful car and wonderful service from Abbeygate. No high pressure selling but good solid help and advice. Jonathan, the sales executive was very professional and helped me through all aspects of purchase. The service department was excellent during my days with the previous Kuga.

Brian on Service is superb, Helped me out of a muddle with a power steering fault on a C max, was patient while I sourced what was needed my end and didn't charge the earth either, Have had a car in at the other Ford main dealer in Norwich before and they where very uncooperative with me. Tops marks all round for the service dept.
