Just bought a used car from Abbeygate Wymondham and dealt with Jonathan. The whole process was very straightforward and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was beautifully prepared and presented. There was no pushy sales pitch and no unnecessary request for personal details until the sale was negotiated. I’m normally reluctant to make recommendations but have no hesitation here. Excellent.

Once again I cannot fault this place and the people who work here! They're quite literally the best! I picked up my 2nd car from them about a week ago. I asked Krisstian to find me a specific car that I had been after for about a year and he managed to find one for me; a much better example than what I originally wanted. Once again, the car they found for me was soo good, I snapped it up before they could get it up on their website. And at a very decent price too! I know one thing for sure is this, my next car will be bought from this place. Once again, thank you soo much for sourcing me the car. Really looking forward to cruising around in it.
Fantastic service by the team! After my old car was becoming to expensive to repair I got in touch with Krisstian online and booked an appointment. A few days later I test drove my new car and left with the showroom with having paid the deposit on my new Skoda after receiving a fantastic service. Absolutely love the car and looking forward to many more miles in it! Highly recommended, an easy 5 stars!
I bought a Fiesta from here a few years back. Cost me around £5500 at the time. Granted it's been a good car, but I wasn't overly impressed with the customer service I received. I remember after purchasing the car and bringing it home, I checked to see if the air-conditioning worked, which It didn't. So I took the car back and asked if this could be repaired under warranty and I was told "No". Even though I'd spent all that money and the problem was clearly there before I bought the car. A year later I had it re-gassed, which lasted well for around a month until all the gas leaked out. Then of course I realized that it was a much bigger job than first imagined as there was obviously a leak in the system. This is why Abbeygate wasn't interested in repairing my car at the time as they were already aware that this was a bigger job than just re-gassing. I wouldn't recommend Abbeygate on this basis.
John at Abbeygate was really helpful when I bought my Skoda. Also, great price considering the current market for used cars. Would not hesitate to buy from here again.
A good reliable place to get a car. You can be sure to get a genuine car. For me I felt they let themselves down by not checking tyre pressures as all tyres had low pressure and engine oil had not been topped up. I am very pleased with the car I got from them. You find out how good a firm is when things go wrong. Had a problem with car. Abbeygat very helpfull in sorting out the problem. Very pleased with after sales service
Recently bought a car here very helpful didn't feel at all pressured friendly attentive really felt the guys went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly which it did would highly recommended a visit if your looking to buy
