Official Facebook page for the Leighton Buzzard Railway, a narrow-gauge heritage railway in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
We are a non-profit organisation, whose mission is to preserve the line, as one of the few surviving narrow-gauge light railways in England, and operate it as a working museum and tourist attraction. The locomotive collection comes from all over the world, and we also have items from the First World War military railways. Most passenger trains are hauled by a steam engine at least 75 years old
The basic train ride runs from Page's Park, on the south side of Leighton Buzzard, to Stonehenge Works, to the north of the town, and the return journey takes 80 minutes. Party bookings can be made either on public services or on a charter basis. Refreshments are available at the Page's Park station buffet.
