This place is a joke took car in for mot and it failed on a couple bits witch is fine but then to be told it's going to cost under 250quid for a tire and lower suspension arm. Brought it back today to be told by the little fat man that my brakes are now failing.. ..this bloke has no idea his customer service is awfull and don't try telling another mechanic how to suck eggs I shall not use them again STAY CLEAR!!

Would certainly recommend this garage! done excellent job on my Renault at short notice MOT and work done within the day at a reasonable price..well done and thank you..I will certainly be coming back in future..certainly from my experience a garage you can rely on!!!

I f you want to have your car turn into a deathtrap, then please go to this garage, as they will gladly accommodate you! We took our new car to this garage as it was smoking, and they told us it was the head gasket, we got charged £550 to have this work carried out, but since then, we have had constant problems with our car cutting out whilst going along the road at high speeds, something the car never did before, plus it still smokes, so the head gasket did not need to be replaced! We have used this garage several times before this with our other cars, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, but i really don't know what has happened to the place, as everybody in there is acting incompetent, and the owner, don't get me started about him, as he is the most arrogant man with an answer for everything, you will never win with him, its just better to accept your financial losses by being lied to, and move on, as we will never, ever use this garage again! We did go back to the garage 4 times to try and get them to correct this cutting out problem as it is so very dangerous, and to find the root of the problem for the car still smoking, as we had so many near misses with other cars for over six weeks, but they just gave us our car back each time in the same condition with most of our fuel gone, where they had gone joy riding without inspecting the car thoroughly, and the owner telling us to our faces, that a car should cut out when you apply the brakes, and also that is normal for a car engine to constantly run at a temperature of 100, what rubbish! We were also charged for spark plugs that didn't need changing, and were told by another garage that unless an oil change has been carried out at the same time as a head gasket has been replaced, then it has not been replaced, so are they liars that they even did the work, as they phoned my Husband in just under an hour and a half to go and collect the car as it had been done, far too shorter time to complete this work, my Husband thought?? We got in so much debt by this garage, for charging us for a head gasket that had not gone, plus further money to get our car corrected at a much more competent work shop, so anyone out there that wants their car fixed, but makes the owner aware that they know nothing about cars, like the mistake my Husband made, they will take your vulnerability and niavity, and exploit you to unnecessary jargon and lead you up the garden path with fabrication and lies, probably because they don't know much about modern cars themselves, their expertise probably lays with old bangers before computerized car came into existence, utterly useless and chauvinistic idiots!
