Disappointed with the lack of customer service I received here. The associate, Hannah, who was helping me or was supposed to didn't seem like she even cared to assist me when I was on the floor, and overall just had this disinterested and condescending demeanour almost like I was a burden coming in to buy shoes. I just went next door to foot locker to grab what I needed.
I visited store and I bought all star converse the Quality very very poor and 2 month ago i bought the shoe it’s broke up and they won’t replace even won’t refund .. I tried all the way to customer support they are not responding! I won’t refer my friends to go there and buy poor quality
Best London Shoe store. Snagged a nice pair of Converse high tops. Sold out at other stores. The team at this store is nice! They do a good job. Was happy to support them before the breaking down and going to the store beside them lol Great team, youth customer service type.
This is a pretty cool store for youth to shop in. There is lots of things for all youth to wear. This journeys is located at the bottom floor of Masonville Park Mall between footlocker and the Mall washrooms. This store can be fairly busy at times but the staff is excellent with moving the people in and out. There is lots of free parking available outside the mall.
Just bought a pair of docs. The staff at this location were very helpful in finding the right size. They gave me helpful tips and were not pushy about purchasing. They made it a very comfortable environment.
Picked up some Vans for a wedding this coming weekend. The manager and staff are really good for this store. I also picked up shoes for my niece and nephew and they were perfect. At some point I will get my niece her first pair of docs here when she’s a little older.
I had a very bad experience with the store. The employees in there didn’t greeted us even I said Hi to them . They just looked away and I left the store within 1 minute and bought nothing. Train them how to interact with customers.

I came into this store moments before closing just with a quick inquiry. The staff member named Eric was very friendly and approachable and was super nice and took the time to help me out, even though it was literally past closing time at this point. I even got to try on multiple sizes to make sure it was right. I purchased some Doc Martin sandals which I had been looking for for years! I was so happy to have finally found them. I will definitely shop here again because the employees really go above and beyond for the customers. Thanks guys!
Sarah who I believe is the manager is so lovely and welcoming. She is very approachable and knowledgeable about all of the product they carry in store. She is very patient and kind with my daughters and I every time we come in, making this store our primary shoe store we shop at! She managed to convince me that I'm not too old for Vans and because of her, I'm always getting compliments on my shoes. I'm always recommending this store to my friends and family because of my experience with Sarah. THANK YOU JOURNEYS!!
