Been a customer of Lees for years (30 Years) as I've lived in Margam nearly all my life. I will never be setting foot in the place again due to the service received.
Ordered a meal for £18 and was told it would be delivered in about an hour. An hour and 20 minutes passed so we called to see if it was on it's way, we were told it left the shop already and will be here shortly, another 30 minutes passed an it turned up cold. Called the shop to tell them and they said "well there's nothing we can do now" I said I'll bring it back and I'll have a refund.

I had my money shoved in my hand, no apologies so I said are you not going to apologize for the 1 hour 50 minute wait for cold food and was told well it only just left so it was hot when it got to us. I said we called and you said it was on it's way and they said no we just made it. 

They have no customer service skills, Liars and the food has gone expensive for what you get Never again!

Called in on Saturday 28/10/2017, the place was practically empty and ordered 2 off large chips, one with jumbo sausage and also ordered barbecue sauce.  Easy little order you think? Not to this place!  Got home to find they hadn’t included the jumbo sausage so I telephoned them from home (after numerous attempts) and told them their error to be told I would have to come down to the shop to collect the jumbo sausage.  I said “it’s your mistake and you should deliver it to my address “ walking distance up the road) The girl on the phone agreed and so took my address.  Not surprisingly unexpected they did not deliver the forgotten item.  I stopped using this Chinese a couple of years ago as they nearly always made mistakes on orders and never attempted to put things right.  I only used them this night out of convenience as I had just shopped for a few items at the Co Op but that was my mistake.  Absolutely poor customer service, poor attitude and to be quite honest poor food. Will not be ordering from here ever again! Absolute garbage!!!

Been eating from this establishment all my life...always had great food & fantastic service

Took them 3 times to deliver the correct order, by the time it arrived nearly 2 hours later from first order it was just warm, wouldn't even give a discount, won't be ordering from here again very disappointed with their service.
