Alison and John helped us with a move into a new home that was, for us, far from straight forward. Responsive, communicative, and positive we could not have asked for better estate agents. This was our first house purchase and they were understanding and patient throughout, whilst also being flexible for our queries and helping us get quotes for renovations whilst negotiations were ongoing. Would provide more than 5 stars if we could!
The Wareham team have been excellent in dealing with the properties we have for sale under what has recently been challenging conditions. Alison who is an excellent communicator makes sure I am kept up to date on a weekly basis as to how the legal work is progressing, which is essential and key to any transaction. Overall, there is a great team in Wareham.
Brilliant agents. Domvs have been helping me to sell houses on a new development in Wareham and I couldn't ask for better service. I bought a house via Domvs is Wareham. They were very on the ball for their seller. A good amount of contract chasing but not too much. Made some helpful suggestions for surveyors when I was having difficulty finding one. I was a long distance buyer and this proved no issue. They put my estate agents to shame!

Auctioning our lovely cottage with Domus was inspirational. Having tried a few years earlier to sell we had knew about all the fuss and delays caused by indecisive buyers who had inadequate surveys. So dealing with the team was a pleasure and we had support and help beyond all expectations. For a fuss free sale and a good price we could not have done better.
Domvus acted in connection with a sale of a property available through a probate sale. Trish and her team were excellent and kept the matter on track, when it seemed we would lose the buyer. I would have no hesitation in reccommending Domvus

Very good approach by the agent in arranging the logistics of numerous viewings and during viewing of the properties. Offered good information and perspectives. Helpful but not intense and not at all “hard sell”.
