The Lazy Frog Float Centre is a unique environment dedicated to relaxation, Stress Management & Pain Relief.

As well as 4 Floatation rooms we also provide 2 infrared Detox cabins for you to enjoy.

Everything you need to soothe away stress, worries, aches and pains.

We are passionate about providing a caring, healing environment that will assist you in your journey to better health, inner balance and an overall feeling of well being.

Booked in with 2 of my friends for the first time. It was great. Everything was explained fully before we started our floats. The hour went by quick, but we all felt so relaxed after it. I have a spinal condition and arthritis. The feeling of weightlessness was so nice for me as my pain reduced significantly whilst in there. We spent some time in the relaxation room after the float. You could help yourself to a variety of herbal teas. Really comfy massage chairs. One of my friends nearly fell asleep she was that chilled! Staff are fab. Friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another appointment there and then.
Perfectly organised. Loved every moment of my experience. Have booked again. Great that they do late nights so my next relaxing visit will be after work!
Not only is flotation amazing in itself, but the environment provided is friendly, welcoming and peaceful, from the massage chairs to the herbal teas you can enjoy as part of the experience afterwards.
Bought a float for my stressed out husband who wouldn't normally go for an 'alternative' experience- he bought a second float for himself in the future! He said it was amazing and then followed up with a 'brutal' massage from a massage chair in the chill out room after which is free. He came away very relaxed, chilled and reporting a fantastic all round experience.
I truly love this place. Walking in it feels like a tranquil safe haven away from the madness of the world. Had my second float this week and it was so good. Managed to find my most comfortable position which allowed me to stay quite still in the water. Also found that I had a lot more visuals this time as my mind was able to wander that little bit more. My partner came too and had her first float which she enjoyed. We are now debating making it a monthly thing and including some infrared saunas at the same time.
First time using a float tank here earlier today and it was an amazing experience, will be back and float again. Feels as if iv been on a weeks holiday right now. And the staff are as helpful as can be.
I booked this as a surprise for my daughter who is studying at uni in Swansea. I called up a couple of days before and a really helpful gentleman went through my options and put me at ease as I had no experience of the floations and what to book. When we arrived the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. My daughter had a great float and felt a lot better for it. The relaxation area afterwards was not expected but a great addition to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone wanting some me time.
A very relaxing place run by a lovely couple Zeta and Hywel. If you want to switch off for an hour have a floatation or a detox in the infrared sauna, both recommended
Such a relaxed experience floating and emptying my mind. I feel relaxed and free and I will be making floating a part of my future. The staff and facilities are lovely, clean and relaxing also. Great selection of herbal teas to unwind post float.
