This restaurant is Brilliant and really enjoyed being there. The view from the top was breathtaking. The food was delicious and was done in just a few minutes. The steak was mouth watering and perfect! This is a great place to go out with friends and family. The chairs are very comfortable too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would check up on us if there was anything we needed. Overall it's a 10/10 restaurant and would DEFINITELY come again! The view is spectacular. Food was good. We had the duck and the steak, chips and for starters the bread with butter fantastic flavor & the buratta with grilled peach. Slightly pricey. The staff was absolutely fantastic and especially our waiter Rodrigo was a super friendly person and we had a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Thank you! Recommended.
I expected Layla’s to be up its own arse, it’s a rooftop restaurant in Ranelagh for god’s sake! However it was lovely, welcoming staff, fab views, decor the usual PressUp standard, and the food was very good. I had the octopus starter, which was very generous, and then a pizza, which was very good, nearly as good as Base. Our friend had a gluten free pizza, and gave it two thumbs up. We had a drink in the downstairs bar, and went to the cinema before having dinner, a very pleasant way to spend an evening in Ranelagh!
Went for dinner with friends. Service was excellent, staff are welcoming and very pleasant. Food was good, I shared some pics of dishes we ordered. Music was nice for a Monday mood. I definitely recommend this place!
I am on the fence with this place. Drinks are amazing but the food is OK. I had steak and eggs and the steal was very week cooked but too much on the fatty side. Eggs were great and the tomato on the dish was phenomenal. It comes with hollandaise sauce which I wasn’t a fan. I would suggest asking for the homemade garlic mayo. It goes much better with the steak and with fries if you order them. I also had the french toast which i would give it a 6 out of 10. It was not bad but it could be better. I’d say they need to step up the food and the service. We had great waiters but we had to chase them to get extras during the meal, like ketchup and another americano. The ambience is very nice, the view is amazing but the music could be one notch lower. It is a good experience overall but not a 5 star.
The food was excellent. However, the atmosphere was loud. I was not able to be audible to my partner sitting with me. However again, it was not the restaurant's concern or control. The food was exceptional. Food: 5/5
Our family had lovely lunch here and we are very delighted with the food. I ordered grilled vegetables for starter and they were delicolious. The leek and goat's cheese soup and cod croquettes were tasty too. Cabronara was way too salty to me though. I ordered prawn linguine and there were enough prawn. However, the shape of ligunue was a different one than I expected. Staff were friendly and over all we had good experience so will come back here again.
Gorgeous location and fantastic, friendly staff! Lost a star because the prawn linguini that I ordered for €20 on a lunch menu had no flavour, had to drown it in olive oil and salt. To be fair everyone else's meal was delicious and is pictured here! The pizzas were exceptional as was the calzone.
Today I had the pleasure to visit the Layla's restaurant. A lovely clean restaurant with a nice view over Dublin. The food was delicious, very nice and quick service. The waiter named Felix was very nice and friendly. He patiently explained the dishes on the menu and knew a lot about the preparation of them . Atmosphere of this place was great also. I rate my visit 5 stars and will definitely come back there again. I sincerely recommend.
I've been to this restaurant on Saturday night. The restaurant is very elegant at the same time welcoming. Excellent welcome also from the staff, in particular the bartender Francesco ready to satisfy every need with a smile, to be left speechless regarding the cocktails and the excellent quality agreements! And then finish with delicious desserts! Little but sure, I'll be back very soon! Absolutely to try! You will be happy with it
